The Programme 

Learn about Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being.

Together, mindfulness and self-compassion comprise a state of warm, connected, presence during difficult moments in our lives. 

 

Come along and learn how to:

  • Practice mindfulness and self-compassion in your daily life

  • Handle difficult situations and emotions with greater ease

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism

  • Use tools to transform challenging relationships 

  • Increase resilience and learn tools to prevent burn-out

  • Practice the art of savouring and self-appreciation

MSC programme comprises one evening session a week for eight weeks, with each session beginning  with a gentle meditation as a nice transition from your busy day.

Early Bird before 1 Nov $350 

Late registration from 2 Nov $395 

Buddy rate – Book two for $600 

All require a $100 deposit to validate booking
