There is a story behind each of the things I do that has lead me to where I am today.  I personally have had several coaches over the last 20 years who have worked with me to set and achieve goals I had never dreamed were possible and through coaching have enabled me to get to where I am today in my life.

As a coach I work with all ages, tweens, teens and adults supporting them to build confidence and self-esteem through achieving goals and  accepting who they are.   Support skill development to help deal with anxiety and worry.  Control anxiety and feel calm in the face of everyday challenges and develop a positive self-image.  To learn more about coaching click.

I became a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher after I did two MSC programmes and  both times fell in love with what it did for me personally and professionally.  After the second programme I decided to become a teacher to ensure I maintained the practice and so that I could share it with others.  I teach eight week Mindful Self-Compassion programmes, where each week you learn simple tools to build your own skills practice and practice each week between classes.   I also combing Mindful Self-Compassion into my coaching.  Learn more about MSC click here

I also a mum of a child on the autism spectrum so have experience and can relate to the daily challenges that presents itself to parents both through the child and family and the community.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience.

Many of us have a harsh critic within, berating us at times, reminding us of times things went wrong in the past, affecting our confidence here and now.

Self-Compassion is a powerful practice of:

  1. turning towards and acknowledging difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness, acceptance and curiosity

  2. then responding to these difficult feelings with kindness, empathy and understanding.

Learning to treat yourself with kindness brings many benefits, including:

  • capacity to handle difficult situations and emotions with greater ease

  • being able to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism

  • handling challenging relationships better

  • increasing resilience and preventing burn-out

  • finding more joy and happiness in daily life

Research shows self-compassion greatly enhances emotional well-being, boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and helps maintain healthy lifestyle habits. What's really exciting is that the effects of self-compassion practice appears to show measurable improvements on biological markers of stress in the body.

The wonderful news is that Self-Compassion is a skill that can be learned which helps us to feel happier, more at ease and can improve health.

This can be done through the practice of accepting what’s going on in our life and repeatedly wishing goodwill toward ourselves and others.

"Natasya’s naturally ‘chilled’ personality and approach to life resounded throughout and was a perfect match to the Mindful Self-compassion sessions and weekend.  Her high level leadership skills ensured the group dynamics were as supportive, open and relaxed as she was.  The pace worked well, explanations, descriptions, dialogue and use of vocal aligned with what we were learning/discovering and what to expect within our experience.  Natasya displayed integrity which was therefore mirrored by participants".
